Vote YES on Measure B to protect the outstanding education and excellent academic programs in Reed, Bel Aire and Del Mar. Since 1990, our community has supported our elementary and middle schools with locally-controlled funds that are entirely dedicated to making sure our students receive the best possible education. Measure B will ensure that our schools can continue to prepare local students for success in high school, college and future careers.
Measure B will renew local school funding that is set to expire, increasing the rate by $138 in the first year for a total of $508 per year. Thereafter, the rate of $508 will increase slightly by 3% each year in order to keep pace with inflation and the real cost of providing an education.
